I'm looking for a mature, conscientious, meticulous person to help with my growing pet sitting business. Work would be very part-time and occasional to start and could increase with demand.
An ideal candidate would have a background in animal or human health care.

For dog walking should have experience living or working with dogs as a walker, rescue or shelter volunteer and know

how to handle pulling dogs
how to encourage dogs to walk
when to allow dogs to meet
how to put on a harness

For cat sitting should have experience living or working with cats as a rescue or shelter volunteer and know
how to take care of shy cats
how to take care of needy or aggressive cats
how to pet or groom a cat

..and similar information.

The job includes light housekeeping such as washing food dishes, cleaning litter boxes, picking up hairballs, removing stains from carpets, sweeping up litter and fur. Accurate record-keeping also necessary.

Dog walks and cat sits are done rain or shine, on weekends and holidays.
